Getting Started

TKA Designs, Inc. will come to your home and devote as much time as necessary to show you how to prepare your home for sale. We can do as little or as much as you need!

Initial Staging Consultation 

We will visit your home and conduct a full walk through inside and out. The seller will receive a detailed written report of our recommendations. 

Staging Improvements

The home owner can opt to perform the recommendations on their own OR they can request a bid from TKA Designs, Inc. to perform the services. We can do as little or as much as you need us to do!

The Final Touches

Once the seller has performed the recommendations, we will return to the home. At that time we will make any final adjustments to furniture placement and add decorative accessories to put the final touch on the home. It is then ready to be marketed for sale!
